Joseph A.B. Oyebog has been the main supporter and sponsor of the Oyebog Tennis Academy. He raises funds through teaching tennis in the United States from March to November every year to fund OTA and volunteering teaching in the academy from November through March.

The following companies have donated to OTA ever since the program launched its activities. SONARA, TRADEX, CNPS, BRASSERIES DU CAMEROON, CANAL 2 INTERNATIONAL, STV, NOSTALGIE RADIO DOUALA, TRADEX, SGS, LA PASTA, ECOBANK, and SUDMAR. Contributions from these companies vary from 250 thousands to five millions CFA frs. OTA grately appreciates their support.

THE COMMUNITY OF COLUMBUS GEORGIA, USA

Starting the initiative while in Columbus Georgia, the local community has enormously supported the founder and his endeavors. In the year 2000 a three day event was held at Cooper Creek Public Facility which raised about $ 10,000 for OTA. Even though Joseph moved to Fairfield county in Connecticut to teach tennis, some members of the local community still continue to donate to the initiative, notably Mike Bowden just to name a few.

THE COMMUNITY OF FAIRFIELD COUNTY, CT

INTENSITY is the name of the local club mainly responsible for support of the program in the area. The club has hosted OTA’ s events in the last three years. Other clubs which have been of help include Four Seasons which hosted OTA’s events in 2008. Worthy of mention is the other clubs carry the program’s collection bins. The founder’s main supporters in the community include HEIDI KAESS, JOHN WALTER, KEVIN SULLIVAN, THE SHEAS FAMILY, THE HELESNERS FAMILY, THE EIGENS FAMILY, RICHARD LEVIN AND THE MASON’S FAMILY. GUY AND SUNNY SHERMAN  made a very generous donation to permit the program acquire land for its future site. The grounds will be named “The Shermans” after them.
